Garment Manufacturing — Integrated ERP, PoS & Loyalty Platform

Unifying production, retail, and customer loyalty across 36 locations under a single integrated system.

01
Overview

A South Indian garment manufacturer and retailer operating across 36 locations had production, retail, and customer loyalty running as entirely separate, disconnected processes — each generating its own data with no visibility across the whole. Boltzmann was engaged to replace this fragmented landscape with a fully integrated ERP, PoS, and Customer Loyalty Platform built as a single unified ecosystem.

02
Challenge

Managing inventory across 36 geographically spread locations with no real-time visibility was a persistent operational problem. Fabric procurement, dyeing, printing, and embroidery were tracked manually, resulting in delays and reconciliation errors. Job work sent to external vendors had no structured tracking mechanism. The disconnect between the production floor, retail stores, and the loyalty programme meant data lived in silos — making consolidated reporting impossible and slowing every business decision.

03
Solution

We designed and deployed an end-to-end platform spanning the full business lifecycle — from fabric procurement to retail billing and customer loyalty. The ERP covered purchase and inventory management, production planning with Bill of Materials, work orders, and stage-wise fabric tracking. Dedicated modules handled job work sent for dyeing, printing, and embroidery, with full vendor and reconciliation workflows. A Tally-integrated accounts module kept finance synchronised with operations. The PoS integrated directly with the ERP's inventory layer, and the Customer Loyalty Platform connected to both — giving every customer transaction visibility across the entire operation. E-commerce order and return flows plugged into the same system.

04
Result

Real-time inventory visibility across all 36 locations for the first time. Fabric processing and job work tracked end-to-end, eliminating manual reconciliation. Production delays reduced through structured planning and stage-wise monitoring, and manual errors significantly reduced across procurement, invoicing, and stock. Finance and operations kept in sync through Tally integration — with unified data across ERP, PoS, loyalty, and e-commerce enabling consolidated reporting across the entire business.
