Seretos Consulting is a Chennai-based enterprise software company with a focused, experienced team and a straightforward philosophy: build software that is simple, scalable, and sophisticated.
We started in 2005 with a specialisation in loyalty and rewards — helping organisations grow and retain their customer and employee bases through intelligent, configurable incentive programmes. Over time, we expanded into payments, retail, and manufacturing — each time bringing the same discipline: deep domain knowledge, thoughtful engineering, and software that adapts to your business rather than forcing your business to adapt to it.
Today, Seretos operates at the intersection of enterprise software and emerging technology. Our four core platforms serve manufacturers, multi-store retailers, hospitality groups, and enterprises running closed-loop payment programmes. And increasingly, we are applying artificial intelligence to make those platforms smarter — helping our clients get more from their data with less effort.

Two decades of building software that scales.
Seretos Consulting was founded in Chennai with a clear focus: enterprise loyalty and rewards software for organisations that understood the value of keeping customers and employees engaged. Within a short period, recognising a gap in the market for software to specifically cater to Indian garment manufacturers and multi-store retailers, we launched Boltzmann Enterprise ERP and Boltzmann PoS.
Meanwhile our U.S based associate company was offering staffing and HR services to clients in the United States including Aspect Communications, 3M ESPE, Merrill Lynch etc. This gave us a discipline of delivery, quality, and accountability that has defined how we work ever since.
Back in India, many organisations including industry leaders started implementing our Boltzmann Suite of products – organisations/brands such as Airtel, VLCC, DLF, GRT Hotels, SPI Cinemas, just to name a few, establishing Boltzmann as a trusted solution provider in the areas of ERP, CRM and Retail Management.
Soon, the organisation started seeing traction among Garment Manufacturers and Retailers: brands such as Basics Life, Derby, Chennai Silks, Sting, Hettich, Waves Clothing started implementing Boltzmann products. Our suite was now a connected platform — manufacturing, retail, and loyalty, working together. Shortly after we launched Boltzmann Payments which is a closed-loop prepaid payments platform, completing the suite.
Today
Today, Seretos operates four integrated platforms that has served 300+ clients with 2000+ store locations, and businesses across India, Indonesia, and the UK. And we have begun applying artificial intelligence to our products — starting with natural language reporting, where users can describe what they need in plain language or voice, and the system does the rest.
We remain a focused, Chennai-based team. We have not tried to be everything to everyone. We have built deep expertise in specific domains, served our clients well, and grown steadily as a result. That is how we intend to continue.
