Boltzmann is known for its product suite — ERP, PoS, Loyalty, Payments. But a significant part of what we do never appears on a product page: custom software, built from scratch, to solve a problem a specific business has and no packaged product addresses.

For two decades, organisations have come to us not with a request for a licence, but with a challenge — a process that is breaking under manual effort, a workflow no existing system understands, an idea that needs software built around it rather than the other way around. We build that software. Sometimes it is a web application, sometimes a mobile app, and often both working together as one connected solution.
